## Short-Form TikTok Video Editor I’m looking for a short-form video editor who can take completed scripts and turn them into engaging TikTok/Reels-style videos. I will provide the script, concept, product information, and any necessary product footage or screenshots. Your job will be to interpret the script visually and create the finished video. In other words; Retention Editing / Visual Storytelling This includes: * Selecting appropriate stock footage, clips, images, screen recordings, or other visual assets * Matching visuals closely to each line of the script * Creating strong pacing and frequent visual changes to maintain viewer attention * Adding clean, easy-to-read captions * Using zooms, cuts, transitions, sound effects, motion graphics, and other editing techniques where appropriate * Making the first 1–3 seconds visually strong enough to stop someone from scrolling * Showing the product naturally when the script calls for it * Creating a clear visual progression from hook → problem → solution → payoff * Making the finished video feel native to TikTok rather than like a traditional advertisement Most videos will be approximately **10–25 seconds long**. I am specifically looking for someone who understands short-form retention. I do not want someone who simply places stock footage underneath a voiceover. You should be able to read a script, understand the intent behind each scene, and make creative decisions about what the viewer should see at every moment. ### I will handle: * Scriptwriting * Product positioning * Overall concept * Product screenshots/assets * Feedback and revisions ### You will handle: * Visual interpretation of the script * Stock footage * Asset/footage selection * Video editing * Captions * Sound design * Motion graphics where appropriate * Final video assembly ### When applying, please include: 1.
