Short-Form Video Editor + Content Creative Support

I’m looking for a short-form video editor to join my team on an ongoing monthly basis! I run Managed by Morgan, where I help business owners + social media agencies with the behind-the-scenes of their business, client onboarding, admin, systems, and operations. TikTok - @managedbymorganco Website - managedbymorgan.co I’m mainly looking for help with TikTok/IG Reels/YouTube Shorts, around 4 videos a week / 16 videos a month. I’ll provide the footage + voiceovers, so your job is to turn them into polished, engaging videos that still feel natural and like me. My current content is mostly voiceovers, B-roll, quick cuts, captions + on-screen text. I’m specifically looking for someone who can help me develop a consistent, recognizable editing style clean, engaging, and not overly edited. I’d love for this to eventually grow beyond just editing. As we get into a good flow, I’d love someone who can help spot content opportunities, suggest series ideas, repurpose strong topics, and eventually help prep for filming days. Bonus points if you’ve worked with business owners, coaches, service providers, social media agencies, or online businesses before or have experience working within a growing agency. Experience with tools like HoneyBook, Notion, or similar platforms is also a plus!
