Job Overview We are looking for a project-based Short-Form Video Editor who can create engaging, retention-focused videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and paid ad campaigns. This role is a good fit for someone who understands short-form content trends, can follow editing references closely, and knows how to turn raw footage into polished videos that hold attention. Responsibilities - Edit short-form videos for ads, organic social content, and client campaigns. - Create edits with strong pacing, clear captions, jump cuts, zooms, B-roll, sound effects, and visual callouts. - Follow editing references and brand guidelines closely. - Format videos properly for short-form platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. - Collaborate with the team to revise and improve content. - Deliver clean, high-quality edits within the assigned deadline. Qualifications - Proven experience editing short-form videos, especially talking-head, social media, or ad-style content. - Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, captions, retention, and social media engagement. - Ability to edit in a style similar to Mike Rafi or other fast-paced educational/marketing creators. - Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. - Able to work independently, communicate clearly, and meet agreed turnaround times for each assigned video.
