Short-Form Video Editor Needed for 2 Instagram Pages (Long-Term)

We are looking for a reliable long-term video editor who can find clips and create Instagram Reels for two different Instagram pages. Account 1 Jordan Peterson * Find engaging clips from Jordan Peterson’s talks, interviews, and podcasts. * Focus on topics like discipline, motivation, psychology, responsibility, and self-improvement. Account 2 Business & Entrepreneurship * Find engaging clips from business speakers, entrepreneurs, investors, and successful founders. * Focus on business, success, money, leadership, entrepreneurship, and mindset. Responsibilities * Find high-quality clips from long-form videos. * Edit engaging Instagram Reels (20–60 seconds). * Add clean captions/subtitles. * Add simple zooms, cuts, and transitions to improve retention. * Format videos for Instagram (9:16). * Deliver approximately 9 reels per day for each account (18 total per day). * Follow our editing style and brand guidelines. Requirements * Experience editing Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts. * Ability to identify viral moments and strong hooks. * Strong English comprehension. * Reliable communication and ability to meet daily deadlines. * Experience with motivational or business content is a plus.
