Short Form Video Editor for Cinematic Reels

I need an experienced, USA based short form video editor who works in DaVinci Resolve for recurring work with my Tampa video production company. We shoot cinematic content (RED Komodo-X, Sony FX3) for restaurant, real estate, and brand clients, and need reels and TikToks edited with strong hooks, pacing, and sound design. Editing must be done in DaVinci Resolve to fit our color managed workflow. This is not podcast clip editing, I'm looking for someone with a portfolio of high end, cinematic short form work. Starting with a paid test edit, then moving to consistent monthly volume for the right editor. Must be based in the United States.
