Short-Form Video Editor for Social Media

WAYWYLD is a health & wellness brand seeking a Short-Form Video Editor to create engaging Reels, TikToks, UGC, founder content, and paid social ads. You’ll turn raw interviews, product footage, fitness/running content, lifestyle footage, and brand shoots into fast, authentic, visually strong content built for retention. Responsibilities include 10–60 second edits, strong hooks, captions, text overlays, music, sound design, b-roll, pattern interrupts, interview edits, multiple cuts from one shoot, and paid social creative. AI proficiency is required, including experience with Runway, Descript, ElevenLabs, Adobe AI, ChatGPT, generative video/B-roll, and AI audio cleanup. Premiere, DaVinci, After Effects, and/or CapCut proficiency is required. Portfolio required: send 5 best short-form videos, your role on each, and examples of AI-assisted work. Excellent taste, storytelling, pacing, social instincts, speed, and creativity are essential. Ongoing work available. We’ll start with a small paid editing test.
