Short-Form Video Editor We’re looking for a Philippines-based short-form video editor to help us turn raw talking-head videos into polished, engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. We’re 2 sisters (Lara and Skylar) who are building a new brand and community for ambitious women, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us for the long haul. What You’ll Do * Turn longer videos into engaging short-form clips * Remove pauses, mistakes, filler, and moments where we look away from the camera * Add clean, engaging captions * Follow our editing style and guidelines * Use Captions, CapCut, and other tools we provide What You Have 1. Get-it-done mentality — you’re resourceful and figure things out. 2. Low ego, high ambition — you take feedback well and want to get better. 3. Unafraid to ask questions and speak up — if you’re unsure or have a better idea, we want to hear it. 4. Strong attention to detail — you notice the little things.
