Short Form Video Editor

I'm looking for a skilled video editor to handle my talking-head content on a recurring, batch basis. I currently need 7 videos edited per week, with the goal of scaling up to 3 videos per day (21/week) as we build a consistent workflow. Style reference: fast-paced, engaging edits with bold text overlays/animated captions, quick cuts, punch-ins, sound design, and dynamic motion graphics that keep viewers hooked. You'll also need to source and insert relevant b-roll and screen recordings/screengrabs of tools or software I reference, so visuals match what I'm talking about in real time.
