Video Editor — Short-Form Vertical Content (Ongoing, High Volume) We're a social media marketing agency looking for editors to join our team long-term. WHAT THE WORK IS Most of your day is repurposing: we give you older videos from our clients' archives, and you rework them with text on screen so they land as a new post. You'll also upscale and clean up footage so everything goes out sharp. Volume is 3 finished videos per client per day, across [X] assigned clients. Occasionally you'll help our senior editor with shoot footage or brand videos, but that's the smaller part of the week. WHAT YOU'LL DO Pull source footage from client unused content Rework it with on-screen hooks and captions Upscale and clean up quality where the source is soft Keep audio locked to the video, start to finish WHAT WE NEED Experience editing short-form vertical video at volume Comfortable in [Premiere / CapCut / DaVinci] You know why audio drifts out of sync and how to fix it properly You can write a hook that stops the scroll You hit daily deadlines without being chased You catch your own typos and soft footage before sending You've worked at volume before, not just one-off projects BE AWARE This is repetitive volume work. Consistency matters more than any single video being your best. If you want to be doing cinematic edits every day, this isn't that role. Our clients are adult content creators. The videos you'd edit are platform-safe promotional content.
