Short-Term Zoho One Cleanup & Workflow Automation Project I am seeking an experienced Zoho One/Zoho CRM consultant for a short-term fixed-scope project who has excellent communication skills and speaks English. I operate a small law and mediation practice and use Zoho One as the central system for contacts, matters, and projects. I need help improving my existing workflow — not a complete CRM redesign. Current systems include: Zoho CRM Zoho One Projects Zoho Sign Acuity Scheduling Posh answering service RingCentral Stripe Xero Basecamp Notion The primary goals are: Clean up Zoho CRM fields and contacts. Improve matter/contact workflows. Improve Zoho Sign document workflows. Reduce duplicate entry between Zoho, Stripe, and Xero. Create practical reminders and follow-up workflows. Review calendar synchronization issues. Evaluate RingCentral integration. Review training/workshop workflows within Zoho Projects. Important: Existing Posh answering service integration works well and should be preserved. Acuity scheduling is already working and should not be replaced. Xero remains the accounting system of record. This is a short-term project, not an ongoing administrator role. Budget target: Approximately $1,500 fixed fee.
