Short form Content Editor/Creator

Hello, Hope everyone is doing, great I am currently look for freelancers that are capable of creating short form content using stock footages, images, motion graphics... etcetera and turn them into an amazing and engaging video based on a script (that i will give to you) and also a voice over that will be give to you. You will also get some instructions on the vibe and visual direction, but i would really appreciate suggestions and your creativity.
