Simple Drawing Database

Summary

I have about 200 drawings. These files are jpg's. Each is about 4 MB. I need a very simple drawing look up tool. It could be an Excel with hyperlinks. To use it, one would download the Excel file and the drawings. Or, the drawings could be in a dropbox folder. You will enter the drawing number into column A, the drawing name into column B, the drawing date in column C, the hyperlink to the file in column D. A person could filter at the top to find the architectural drawings, then click on the hyperlink of the drawing and the drawing would open on their screen.
