Simple QBO Cleanup

Summary

We basically have about 200 transactions sitting in QBO that need to be categorized and taken care of so that we can close our books for the quarter. Essentially, the transactions broadly fit into three categories: 1) income 2) payroll 3) debt payments. On the income side, we basically manage our invoicing and billing through two different platforms. Stripe is one and Practice Ignition is the other. The way it works is that the platforms will create invoices and collect payments automatically from clients, but then they bulk deposit the funds into our bank account. The tricky thing here is basically just making sure that the income and the collections are applied to the right invoices in the system, and just verifying that. On the payroll side, we basically have three W-2 employees and eight contractors that we pay. We use Gusto, but the problem is Gusto is a little bit messy in how it feeds into QBO. We have payroll basically going to three different line items on the P&L. One is just payroll (and then the associated tax expenses), then we have a contractors line item (which is where most of the contractors go), and then we have management fees, which is where one specific contractor goes. So we just need somebody to take a look back through all the Gusto and make sure that that is being allocated correctly. And last but not least is debt service. On the debt service side, we basically have three small loans and we just want to make sure that interest and principal is being recorded accordingly. We are just looking for someone who can handle this relatively quick. I imagine it shouldn't take more than a couple of hours and then maybe an hour kind of going through it with me. We need this done in the next couple days, so I'm looking to hire someone relatively quickly. If you have experience managing Gusto and/or Stripe payment and Practice Ignition payments, that would be ideal. Please mention your experience with either of those platforms in the proposal.
