Simple Website with Submission Form

I need someone to help build a simple website with pictures, an 'about me' section, and a submission form for customers to fill out for tree work inquiries that gets sent to our office email. The website should be user-friendly and visually appealing, showcasing our services effectively. Our website went down a few weeks ago & our google ads are no longer running so we need it back up asap. We want full control of our website & just need help building it & getting ads going again. Once we get this done, we want to be able to add pictures or edit anything on the website ourselves. I have the "about me" section information & some photos that I can send to add to the site.
