Summary

We need a Singapore-qualified accountant to complete our year-end obligations quickly and accurately before filing deadlines. Our books are fully updated in Zoho and ready for review. Scope includes preparing a complete set of financial statements under SFRS for Small Entities, including balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow statement, and explanatory notes. You will also support directors with any ad-hoc questions during the process until filings are accepted. This is a one-time engagement only; no ongoing bookkeeping, management accounts, or GST work is required. Deliverables are complete only when ACRA and IRAS have both issued acknowledgements.
