On-Site Ambassador — Women's Health Summit 2026 (NYC)

Location: New York, NY (local, no travel/accommodation needed) Dates: September 25–26, 2026 Type: Contract, 2-day event About the Role Looking for one on-site event team member. This is not a sales role in the traditional sense. Your job is to genuinely connect with the clinicians, practitioners, and high-performing women who stop by our booth, to listen, share, and demo the technology because you find it interesting, not because you're trying to close them. What You'll Do Have real conversations with booth visitors, curious, warm, unhurried Run live hand-held device demos as a way of sharing something you believe in, not as a close Follow your own read of each conversation, some people just want to talk, some want to try the device, some want to buy; meet them where they are Keep light notes on who you spoke with and what stood out, so we can follow up meaningfully afterward Help with booth setup/breakdown and general logistics alongside the team Who This Is For Based in or near NYC (preferably near Midtown Manhattan), available both event days Naturally warm and curious, someone who enjoys people, not someone chasing numbers Comfortable talking to a health-literate, sometimes clinical audience without needing a script Has genuine interest in wellness, nervous system health, or performance, this shows Experience in wellness/health events, brand ambassador work, or similar is a plus, but personality and authenticity matter more than resume lines Prior familiarity with HRV, vagal tone, or neurotech is a bonus, not a requirement Compensation Day rate (open to discussion based on experience) We track overall event outcomes (conversations, leads, sales) to understand event value — this isn't about individual quotas, it's how we keep investing in events like this How to Apply Tell us: A bit about yourself and why this kind of work appeals to you Availability for Sept 25–26, 2026 in NYC Day rate expectation
