Site Plan Designer — Recreate Surveys & Show Proposed Buildings

We're a self-storage operator acquiring and improving facilities across the Southeast. As we evaluate sites and plan expansions, we need clean, professional site plans to support due diligence, lender/investor presentations, and internal layout planning. What the work involves: Recreating property boundary and site outlines from provided surveys, plats, and aerials, drawn to scale. Drawing existing conditions — buildings, drives, and site features from the materials we provide. Laying out proposed buildings, additions, and improvements based on our direction. Delivering clean, presentation-ready plans (dimensioned, labeled, with north arrow and scale) What we provide: existing survey/plat PDFs, county GIS/aerial references, approximate dimensions, and direction on the proposed layout. Some sites may need recreated from public GIS Deliverables: an editable source file plus a high-resolution PDF/PNG for presentations. This is project-by-project work with an ongoing pipeline. We'll start with one paid test project and continue with the right person on a steady basis. Share 1–2 site plans you've created from a survey or plat. What software do you use, and can you deliver both editable and PDF/PNG files? Roughly how long to produce a conceptual site plan for a single commercial parcel with one or two proposed buildings? - We have one project (Cordele - Attached) we need a quick turn and two new drafts prepared.
