SketchUp Massing Model — 3-Story Palisades Residence

Boutique LA interior design studio needs a basic black-and-white volumetric massing model built in SketchUp for a three-story Pacific Palisades residence, used for client presentation to communicate spatial volume and features like vaulted ceilings. This is a fixed-price project structured in milestones. Milestone 1 is the ground floor only (in full), built from provided PDF and AutoCAD floor plans, facade elevations, and sections (with floor to ceiling heights and vaulted areas noted), to evaluate fit before awarding the full three-story build. Refer to attached project files. Must work natively in SketchUp and follow provided model organization standards (layers, grouping, componentization); see attached. No photorealistic rendering needed for this scope. Looking for 2+ years SketchUp experience Strong ability to read architectural plans, elevations, and building sections. Residential experience preferred. Must deliver accurate, working SketchUp model of the Ground Floor
