We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented SketchUp 3D Modeling and Rendering Specialist to create high-quality 3D models and realistic visualizations for residential kitchen and bathroom projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SketchUp modeling, interior design visualization, and photorealistic rendering. You will be responsible for transforming floor plans, sketches, or design concepts into accurate 3D models and producing professional renderings that showcase materials, lighting, fixtures, and finishes. Responsibilities Create detailed 3D models of kitchens and bathrooms using SketchUp. Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and furnishings. Produce high-quality photorealistic renderings from multiple viewpoints. Incorporate revisions based on feedback. Ensure designs are accurate and visually appealing. Requirements Proven experience with SketchUp and rendering software (V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, D5 Render, or similar). Strong portfolio showcasing kitchen and bathroom renderings. Good understanding of interior design, space planning, and material selection. Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
