# SketchUp Rendering Artist Needed – Ongoing Interior & Exterior Projects We are an interior design and construction firm looking for a **reliable rendering artist or small rendering team for ongoing work**. We have multiple active residential and commercial projects and regularly need **quick, photorealistic renderings created from our existing SketchUp models**. This is not a modeling-from-scratch position. In most cases, we will provide the SketchUp model with the design, materials, furniture, lighting, and general geometry already established. Your job is to take our model and turn it into polished, realistic visuals quickly. ### What We Need Typical requests may include: * Photorealistic interior and exterior renderings from our SketchUp models * Multiple camera angles of the same space * Daytime and nighttime versions * Accurate materials, lighting, furniture, and architectural details * Small variations, such as changing flooring, wall colors, materials, lighting, furniture, etc. * Minor revisions without having to completely rebuild the scene * Consistency between different views of the same project **Speed is extremely important.** We are a fast-paced design firm and use renderings throughout the design process to make decisions and communicate with clients. We are looking for someone who can often turn around straightforward renderings very quickly. ### Communication Strong English communication is important. We need someone who can understand design instructions clearly and accurately the first time. We don't want to spend multiple rounds correcting details because instructions were misunderstood. Attention to the original SketchUp model, proportions, materials, camera angles, and our written notes is very important. ### Compensation / Working Arrangement We are open to structuring this relationship in whichever way makes the most sense for the right person or team. Our preferred options are: **Option 1 – Per Rendering** Approximately **$10–$15 per completed rendering**, including approximately 2–3 reasonable revisions. **Option 2 – Per Project** We agree on one fixed price for a complete project, including multiple views/angles and reasonable revisions. For example, a project may require several interior/exterior views, daylight/night versions, and a few design variations. Rather than pricing every image individually, you can quote us one package price. **Option 3 – Ongoing Monthly Package** We are also interested in establishing an ongoing arrangement starting at approximately **$100/month**, with an agreed volume of renderings/revisions included. If the relationship works well and our volume increases, we can expand the monthly arrangement accordingly. We are primarily looking for someone with an **efficient rendering workflow who values consistent, recurring work** rather than a traditional high-cost architectural visualization studio. ### To Apply Please send: 1.
