Skilled Illustrator Needed For a Multicultural Children’s Picture Books about Differences

I am looking for an Illustrator experienced with drawing African American and other Multicultural characters for children’s books about differences. Must be illustrate American sign language signs Must have creative vision - NO CLIP ART & NO A.I. must be original artwork Should be able to create illustrations that resemble the examples attached. This sketch MUST INCLUDE REVISIONS. The Sketch should also show character(s) with Different Facial expressions, and From different Angles FIRST MILESTONE WILL BE A TEST SKETCH This is a Character Test sketch with a small background scenery.
