Skool Community Manager (Entrepreneur / Business Credit Community)

We are looking for a high-energy Community Manager to help manage and grow a thriving online community of entrepreneurs focused on business credit, funding, and financial empowerment. This role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with people, teaching, motivating entrepreneurs, and building strong communities. You will be responsible for keeping the community active, answering questions, hosting live calls, and helping members stay engaged and successful. This is a leadership role inside the community, not just a moderation job. Responsibilities Community Engagement • Create valuable posts inside the Skool community several times per week • Answer member questions and guide discussions • Welcome all new members and help them get started • Encourage members to share their wins and progress • Maintain a positive, supportive, and high-energy culture Live Call Hosting (3 Calls Per Week) You will host three Zoom calls each week for community members. 1. New Member Orientation Call • Walk new members through the community • Explain how to navigate the platform • Show them how to start building business credit • Help them understand the roadmap and resources available 2. Weekly Encouragement & Accountability Call • Motivate members to stay consistent • Encourage progress and goal tracking • Help members overcome obstacles • Reinforce discipline and focus 3. Weekly Q&A + Wins Call • Answer questions from community members • Allow members to share wins and progress • Encourage collaboration and networking • Highlight member success stories Weekly Teaching You will also be responsible for: • Creating new lessons or discussion topics each week • Designing the structure of weekly calls • Preparing talking points or presentations • Teaching practical strategies related to: Business credit funding entrepreneurship business growth financial mindset Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: • Is comfortable hosting Zoom calls and speaking to groups • Has strong communication and leadership skills • Can teach and explain business concepts clearly • Is organized and proactive • Loves helping entrepreneurs succeed • Has experience with Skool, online communities, or coaching programs Bonus if you have knowledge of: • Business credit • Funding strategies • Entrepreneurship • Personal finance Weekly Time Commitment Estimated 10–20 hours per week Includes: • Community engagement • Post creation • Hosting 3 Zoom calls • Preparing weekly lessons Compensation Compensation will be based on experience and availability. This role has the opportunity to grow into a long-term leadership position inside the community.
