LGBTQ+ Fitness Coaching Brand Job Type: Part-time Work Location: Remote *Personal Trainer certification NOT required* As our online fitness and nutrition coaching business continues to grow, we are looking for an Appointment Setter/Lead Manager in a long-term capacity, if the candidate works out well. About Us: Zach Taylor Fitness is an online coaching brand that helps gay men in mid-life lose fat, build muscle, and gain the confidence they deserve—without chasing perfection. We're on a mission to create a stronger, more empowered community, one transformation at a time. We’re now looking for a part-time Remote Appointment Setter who can help bring more amazing clients into our world by connecting with leads via social media and getting them booked for strategy sales calls. This position is potentially a long-term part-time position, and not just a one-off project. This is if we work well together. What You’ll Be Doing: -Qualifying leads to ensure they’re a good fit for our coaching program -Scheduling calls for the sales team using our CRM (Trello) -Tracking outreach and lead data, follow-ups, etc. -Engaging with our community on social media to boost brand visibility -Meeting weekly goals for outreach and call bookings -Representing our brand voice: warm, honest, motivating -Attending weekly training calls You Are/Have: -Fluency using Instagram for outreach (DMs, polls, story replies, etc.) and Facebook -Fluency in English - 1+ years in customer service, lead generation, or online sales -A natural connector and conversationalist -Superb English grammar skills -Very familiar with Instagram messaging, commenting, interacting, etc. -Understand how to “read the room” and personalize messages with tact and warmth -Experience in the world of fitness -Detail-oriented, organized, and good with time management -Familiar with (or ideally a part of) the LGBTQ+ community and get our vibe -Own a reliable computer and smartphone and have reliable internet service -Self-motivated and work well independently from home Candidates with the following will be prioritized: -Fluency in Instagram DMs, Trello, Calendly -Experience booking calls for coaches, consultants, or high-ticket services Perks/Benefits: -Flexible, remote work—set your own schedule -Casual dress code (yes, sweatpants count) -Commission structure in addition to your hourly pay -Supportive, inclusive work environment that celebrates authenticity -Work from home -Supplemental Pay Bonus opportunities: -Commission pay -Performance bonus **Attending Appointment Setter/DM'ing education calls (included) and required weekly If you’re someone who loves meaningful conversations, believes in personal growth, and wants to help others feel confident in their skin, and are also hungry for making sales, we want to hear from you!
