Social Media Assistant

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to help manage and support dozens of client social media accounts. This role is ideal for someone who already understands social media marketing and enjoys staying active online, engaging with audiences, and helping brands maintain a strong presence across platforms. Responsibilities Include: * Responding to comments and messages * Managing day-to-day social media engagement * Quality checking scheduled posts before publishing * Assisting with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Business profiles * Helping keep client pages active, organized, and professional * Supporting our content and marketing team with general social media tasks Requirements: * Experience with social media marketing and engagement * Strong written communication skills * Good attention to detail * Organized and dependable * Comfortable managing multiple brands/accounts at once * Familiarity with scheduling tools (primarily Sprout Social) and social media platforms
