Social Media Content Creator - Elevated Reels, Carousels & Captions

Summary We're a boutique, fast-growing social media agency looking for a genuinely talented content creator to join our team on an ongoing, per-account basis. You'd own content production for one or more client brands, working closely with an Account Director: building monthly calendars, editing short-form video from client footage, designing carousels and statics in Canva, and writing captions in each brand's specific voice. Everything runs through Planable for client approval. This role is a fit if you: Have a strong portfolio showing elevated, editorial-quality design across different brands, warm and premium, not templated or generic. Are sharp at both short-form video editing and graphic design. Can take a brand's specific direction and run with it, matching an established visual style and following client do's and don'ts, not just your own default look. Are the person actually doing the work (a hands-on creator role, not an agency-subcontracting arrangement). Are reliable with deadlines and communicate proactively.
