Social Media Content Creator & Manager — Canva + GoHighLevel We are looking for an intermediate-level Social Media Content Creator & Manager to join our team on a part-time contract basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position if your work consistently meets our standards. Fluent in Czech and English preferred but not mandatory We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for creating, organizing, scheduling, and publishing social media content across multiple platforms. What You'll Be Doing Your primary responsibility will be helping us maintain a consistent and professional social media presence across: * TikTok * Instagram * Facebook You will be responsible for creating content using Canva, writing engaging captions, scheduling content, and making sure posts are properly published. Your responsibilities will include: * Creating social media graphics and short-form content using Canva * Repurposing content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and other formats * Writing engaging captions appropriate for each platform * Creating relevant hashtags when appropriate * Scheduling posts through GoHighLevel (GHL) * Publishing and managing content on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook * Maintaining a consistent posting schedule * Organizing content calendars * Monitoring basic engagement and identifying which content performs best * Making adjustments to future content based on performance * Following our brand guidelines and content strategy * Helping develop new content ideas and trends * Staying current with social media trends, particularly TikTok and Instagram VERY IMPORTANT: GoHighLevel Experience, Fluent in Czech and English preffered but not manadatory Experience with GoHighLevel is extremely important for this position. You should already be comfortable navigating GHL and using it for social media management and scheduling. Please do not apply if you have never used GoHighLevel unless you have significant experience with comparable social media scheduling platforms and are confident you can quickly learn GHL. We want someone who can become productive quickly rather than someone who needs extensive training on basic social media management. Canva Experience You should be comfortable using Canva to create professional-looking social media content. You do not need to be a graphic designer, but you should understand: * Layout * Typography * Branding * Image selection * Social media dimensions * Creating visually engaging posts * Creating simple Reels/short-form videos * Working from existing templates while also being able to create new designs Who We're Looking For We are specifically looking for someone at an intermediate skill level. You should already understand how social media works and be able to work independently, but you don't need to be an advanced marketing strategist. We are looking for someone who: * Has real-world social media management experience * Has experience managing business social media accounts * Knows Canva well * Has GoHighLevel experience * Understands TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook * Can write good captions * Is creative and willing to suggest new ideas * Is organized and dependable * Can follow instructions and meet deadlines * Pays attention to detail * Can work independently without needing constant supervision * Is interested in building a long-term working relationship Hours & Opportunity This will begin as a part-time contract position. We are looking for someone who is interested in the possibility of moving into a full-time position if the quality of your work, reliability, communication, and overall performance meet our expectations. We are not simply looking for someone to complete a few tasks and disappear. We are looking for someone who could potentially become an important part of our ongoing social media team.
