Social Media Content Creator / Manager for Travel Tech Startup

I’m looking for a freelance social media content creator/manager to help grow Journi, a UK-based group trip planning platform. Journi helps people plan group trips in one shared Trip Hub, bringing dates, ideas, budgets, RSVPs and decisions into one place. Our audience includes friends planning holidays, families, hen and stag groups, team weekends, travel clubs, hiking groups and social communities. I need someone who can create engaging, relatable content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. The content should focus on group trip planning pain points, messy group chats, chasing replies, voting on dates, budget confusion, trip inspiration and showing how Journi makes planning easier. What I need each month: - 12 short-form videos/Reels/TikToks - 4 carousel posts - 8-12 Stories - Captions and hashtags - Scheduling across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook - Basic community management/comment replies - Monthly performance report - 2-3 ad creative concepts for Meta Ads Ideal experience: - Social media content creation for startups, travel, lifestyle, SaaS or apps - Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok - Canva and CapCut experience - Ability to write clear, friendly captions - Comfortable creating relatable, problem-led content - Able to follow brand tone: professional, friendly, simple and helpful Important: Please include examples of Reels, TikToks or carousel posts you’ve created, especially for travel, lifestyle, SaaS, apps or startup brands.
