Social Media Content Creator / Video Editor — Turn My Content Into Content Everywhere

I’m looking for a creative social media content creator/video editor to help take the large amount of content I already produce and turn it into engaging content across multiple platforms. I already have an established social media audience and regularly create: • TikTok Lives • Health and wellness videos • Cooking and recipe content • Educational content • Opinions and commentary • Product content I don’t need someone to reinvent my brand or constantly give me more content to create. I need someone who can take what I’m already producing, identify the best moments, package them properly, and distribute them across multiple platforms. What You’ll Do • Review TikTok Lives and existing video content • Find the strongest moments, hooks, stories and conversations • Turn long-form content into multiple short-form videos • Edit videos with captions, strong pacing and attention-grabbing openings • Repurpose content for: • TikTok • Instagram Reels • Facebook Reels • YouTube Shorts • Help grow our YouTube presence • Occasionally edit longer YouTube videos • Write strong titles and captions • Schedule and organize content • Review performance and help identify what is working Who I’m Looking For You should understand social media first and video editing second. I’m looking for someone who understands why people stop scrolling, what keeps them watching, and how to recognize a great 30–60 second clip buried inside a much longer video. The content should feel authentic, entertaining and natural — not overly polished or corporate. You should have experience with short-form content and understand the differences between TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. About Me I’m a health coach and entrepreneur with an established social media following. My content focuses on making healthy living simple, realistic and sustainable, with plenty of personality and humor mixed in. I operate a health coaching program, an online community and a growing consumer health product brand. There is already a significant amount of content available to work with. The Goal Is Simple: I create the content once. You help turn it into content that can be seen everywhere. I’m looking for someone who can take ownership of this process rather than creating more work for me.
