Social Media & Content Manager (Polish, German or US market) — launch brand from scratch Description: We're the exclusive Polish distributor of an Italian dermocosmetics with 25+ years of R&D, clinically tested products with natural-origin ingredients (free from SLS, SLES, parabens), sold in 30 countries. We currently sell on Allegro and Amazon, and now we're launching a direct-to-consumer channel: our own website + social media. You will build it from zero. The role is open for one of three target markets: Poland, Germany or the USA. Tell us in your application which market is yours. What you'll do: - Create and launch brand accounts on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok from scratch (branding, bio, account architecture) - Develop a content strategy for your market and produce content end-to-end: copywriting in the market language, visuals in Canva, Reels/TikTok concepts - Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI) in your production workflow - Find micro-influencers, negotiate collaborations (barter / flat fee / commission) and run campaigns with promo codes and referral links — tracking real orders, not just reach - Manage the community in the market language (comments, DMs) - Report weekly: reach, ER, audience growth, clicks (Meta Business Suite) Important: part of the portfolio includes sensitive personal care categories (intimate hygiene, hemorrhoid care). You need to be fully comfortable creating tactful, professional content for these products. You're a fit if you have: - 2+ years managing commercial IG/FB/TikTok accounts - At least one brand launched from scratch (not only taking over existing accounts) - E-commerce / physical product experience Language of your target market at C1 or native level (Polish / German / English) + English B1 for communication with our office - A portfolio with real numbers: followers, reach, ER — and ideally sales from promo codes / referral links Strong advantage: beauty/health niche, influencer campaigns with tracked sales, Amazon external traffic (Attribution / Brand Referral Bonus), Shopify, Meta Ads. Long-term engagement, remote, start ASAP. We move in startup mode: fast tests, shifting priorities, real ownership.
