Social Media & Content Marketing Manager for Luxury Fashion Brand

KAELAH is an emerging luxury women's sleepwear and loungewear brand inspired by Moroccan elegance, femininity, and the feeling of royalty at home. We are preparing the brand for launch and are looking for a creative and commercially minded Social Media and Content Marketing Manager who can help build a distinctive and desirable brand presence. This role is not only about posting content. I am looking for someone who understands Fashion branding, storytelling, visual identity, audience growth, and how to turn content into interest and sales. Responsibilities may include: * Develop a monthly social media and content strategy * Create an Instagram content calendar * Create polished Instagram posts, carousels, Stories and Reels using existing brand assets * Edit short-form video content * Write captions and strong calls to action * Develop content concepts and campaign ideas * Help plan product launch content * Maintain a consistent luxury visual identity * Research relevant trends and competitor content * Recommend content designed for awareness, engagement and conversion * Help grow Instagram organically * Repurpose content for TikTok and Pinterest where appropriate * Track content performance and recommend improvements KAELAH already has its brand concept, visual direction, website, product designs and existing imagery. I am looking for someone who can take these assets and turn them into a cohesive and strategic content presence. The ideal candidate: * Has experience working with Fashion, beauty, luxury or lifestyle brands * Has a strong eye for premium visual branding * Understands Instagram and short-form content * Can create content rather than only provide strategy * Has strong copywriting skills * Understands how emerging brands build desire before and during launch * Can work independently while following an established brand aesthetic Please include examples of social media accounts, fashion brands, campaigns or content you have personally created or managed.
