Social Media Content Research Virtual Assistant

I'm hiring a virtual assistant to help me research content ideas for my Instagram page. Must be available for 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, Monday-Friday). My instagram page teaches people how to grow a personal brand on social media. Basically, how to go viral, how to get thousands of followers, and how to make good content that people will actually watch. This is NOT "entertainment" content where I do pranks or trending dances on camera. This is educational and motivational content to help inspire people to grow their own personal brand on social media. Think of it like a "personal branding guru". You don't need to be very experienced, I'll teach you exactly what to do. However, you need to have decent English skills. You don't need to be fluent, but enough to watch English content and follow along with what's being said in their videos. We will start at 20 hours per week. This is a long term position, and my hopes is the right person will be hired to work with me full-time. *IMPORTANT* When you apply, please answer these questions: 1- Which 2 Instagram accounts do you think post the best educational content? What makes their content good? (These must be from online gurus, meaning people who teach their followers how to accomplish something: making money, health/fitness, etc) 2- Which 2 Instagram reels are BAD pieces of content? Why? And how could they have improved?
