Social Media Growth Strategist for Women's Podcast (Not Just an Editor)
Worldwide
We're Art of Classiness, a weekly podcast hosted by two real-life best friends, talking about womanhood, friendship, feminism, and women's rights. We're 90+ episodes in with an engaged core audience — 1.8K on YouTube, plus Instagram, TikTok, and all major podcast platforms. Right now we pay for 16 short-form videos a month. We pick the clips ourselves in a spreadsheet, specify the cuts, and our contractor produces and posts them. It works, but it's pure execution — we're making the strategy calls, and we're not the experts. We want a partner who owns audience growth and tells us what to do, rather than waiting to be told. That means auditing what's working, choosing clips based on performance instead of preference, building a real per-platform strategy, producing the videos, writing hooks and captions in our voice, tracking what matters, and reporting monthly on what you changed and why. We also want your input on episode titles, thumbnails, YouTube SEO, and our new website that is still a work in progress (artofclassiness.com). Our goal over the next 12 months is growth that makes monetization realistic — more views, more engagement, more listeners. You're a fit if you've grown a podcast, creator, or media brand and can show real numbers. You understand short-form video as a discovery engine, not just repurposed content. You work independently and bring ideas nobody asked for. And you get our subject matter — this show covers serious women's issues alongside the funny stuff, so tone matters. You're not a fit if you only edit to spec or need us to keep filling out the spreadsheet. Structure: ongoing monthly retainer, starting with a paid 30-day trial. We publish weekly. Async-friendly with a monthly call. We'll share analytics access and past performance data. On budget: we currently spend $750/month on production only. The figure listed here reflects what we're willing to pay monthly for someone who owns strategy, and we're open to going higher for the right person. Tell us your rate and what we'd get for it. One request about your proposal Please write your answers yourself. We're not interested in what ChatGPT thinks we want to hear — we're hiring a person with taste and judgment, and we can't evaluate that from something a model generated. We'd genuinely rather read three imperfect sentences you actually wrote than a polished page that tells us nothing about how you think. If your proposal reads like it was written for any client with the words swapped out, we'll pass.
