We're looking for an experienced Social Media Strategist to conduct a focused audit of our social media presence and provide a clear, actionable growth strategy. We're not looking for someone to simply review follower counts or suggest that we “post more consistently.” We want practical insights based on our audience, content performance, competitors, and growth opportunities. What You'll Do Review our existing social media presence and content Analyze our best and worst-performing content Identify opportunities to improve hooks, storytelling, retention, and engagement Review relevant competitors and content trends Recommend content pillars and high-potential content formats Provide 10-20 actionable content ideas tailored to our brand Create a practical short-term growth roadmap Deliverables By the end of the project, we'd like to receive: *Social Media Audit* – What's working, what's not, and where we're losing opportunities *Content & Growth Recommendations* – Clear priorities for improving performance *Content Ideas* – Specific concepts and formats we can test *30-Day Action Plan* – A focused roadmap for what to do next Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone with proven experience in: Social media growth and content strategy TikTok, Instagram Reels, and/or YouTube Shorts Audience research and competitor analysis Viral content and storytelling Analytics, retention, and performance optimization When applying, please share one or two specific examples of accounts or content you've helped grow, along with the results and your role in achieving them.
