Social Media Manager + Appointment Setter for Youth Soccer Coaching Business I’m looking for a proactive Social Media Manager + Appointment Setter to help grow my online mental performance coaching business for competitive youth soccer players ages 8–15. My program helps young players develop the mental skills they need to perform with confidence under pressure, including confidence, resilience, focus, composure, decision-making and consistency. Your primary goal Generate qualified parent conversations and book qualified Performance Audit calls onto my calendar. I personally handle the sales calls and coaching. You are not responsible for closing sales. Responsibilities Social Media * Repurpose my existing videos and ideas into Instagram Reels, TikToks, carousels and posts * Write captions and strong hooks * Schedule and publish content * Engage with relevant soccer/player-development accounts * Monitor comments and inbound messages * Help identify content that generates the most interest Lead Generation & Appointment Setting * Respond to inbound Instagram/Facebook inquiries * Start genuine conversations with potential clients * Identify parents with competitive youth soccer players ages 8–15 * Qualify prospects using my script/process * Follow up with interested prospects * Book qualified parents for a Performance Audit * Confirm appointments and follow up with no-shows * Track conversations, leads, booked calls and attended calls What I’m looking for * Excellent written English * Natural, conversational communication * Experience with Instagram/Facebook DM outreach * Appointment-setting or lead-generation experience * Understanding of youth soccer is strongly preferred * Experience with coaching, fitness, sports or youth development is a bonus * Organized and reliable * Comfortable working independently * Able to follow a process while still sounding human * NOT spammy or aggressive * Focused on qualified conversations and appointments, not follower count You will communicate with parents/adult decision-makers, not directly sell to minors. Time & Compensation Start with a 30-day trial at approximately 10–15 hours/week. I’m open to discussing an hourly rate based on experience, with the possibility of performance bonuses for qualified attended appointments. If the system works, this can become an ongoing position with increased responsibility and compensation.
