Social Media Manager & Content Strategist for Personal Brand on Facebook, Instagram

I have a lot of content ideas but my Instagram still looks random I think my biggest problem is that I have too many ideas and no real system lol. I run a small personal brand/business and I have notes everywhere. I have ideas in my phone, old videos sitting in my camera roll, screenshots of things I like, random voice notes, some Canva designs, etc. But when I look at my Instagram, it doesn't really feel like all of those things belong together. Some weeks I post a lot. Other weeks I disappear. Sometimes I make an educational post and then the next post is completely unrelated. I also feel like I'm creating content just because I "should" be posting. I'm looking for someone who can actually help me make sense of what I already have. I don't necessarily need someone to come in and completely reinvent my brand. I'd rather have someone look at what I'm currently doing and tell me: * What should I actually be talking about? * Which of my existing ideas are worth turning into content? * What should become Reels vs carousels vs Stories? * What am I repeating too much? * What am I not talking about enough? * How can I make my content feel like it has a point instead of just filling up the feed? I'd also like help turning this into a simple monthly content plan that I can actually follow. You don't have to be some huge marketing guru. Honestly, I'd prefer someone who can look at a messy situation and make it simple. If you're good at content strategy, Instagram, storytelling and organizing ideas into an actual content system, I'd love to hear from you. Please don't send me a huge generic proposal. Tell me what you think my problem actually is based on this post and how you'd approach the first 2 weeks.
