Social Media Manager- Destination Weddings
Worldwide
About Us We design unforgettable destination weddings for couples who want their celebration to be as extraordinary as their love story. Social media is often a couple's first introduction to who we are — and we want that first impression to be inspiring, warm, and unmistakably us. The Role We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can grow our audience, deepen engagement, and turn followers into real inquiries. This is a soft-sales role: your day-to-day is content, community, and reach — but everything you do should be building toward one goal, getting dreamy couples to reach out and start planning with us. What You'll Do - Own the content calendar and day-to-day posting across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and [other relevant platforms] - Create and curate engaging content from our existing content library and with flexibility for new content — photos, reels/video, stories, and captions that showcase real weddings, destinations, and behind-the-scenes moments - Actively grow reach and engagement through consistent posting, trend awareness, hashtag strategy, and community interaction (comments, DMs, shares) - Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages, nurturing interested followers toward an inquiry - Track performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, link clicks, DM-to-inquiry conversion) and adjust strategy based on what's working - Collaborate with the planning team to source content from real weddings and venues - Coordinate with influencers, photographers, and venue partners on collaborative content when relevant - Stay on top of social media trends and platform changes to keep our content fresh and competitive - Partner with sales to ensure a smooth handoff when a follower is ready to become a lead What We're Looking For - 2+ years managing social media accounts for a brand, with measurable growth in reach/engagement - A strong eye for visual storytelling — you know what stops the scroll - Comfort with video editing/content tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere/Lightroom, or similar) - Experience turning engagement into action — DM conversations, link clicks, lead capture, or similar soft-conversion work - Excellent, warm written voice — you can sound like a friend, not a brand - Data-comfortable: able to read analytics and translate them into next steps - A genuine interest in weddings, travel, or hospitality is a big plus Nice to Have - Experience in the wedding, travel, or luxury events industry - Experience running paid social campaigns - Basic photography/videography skills - Existing relationships with wedding influencers or content creators We are an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.*
