Social Media Manager & Growth Strategist — Premium Wellness Brand Long-term collaboration | Remote OmniKairos is a premium wellness and performance ecosystem based in Barcelona, Spain, combining training, nutrition, recovery, mindset and curated wellness experiences. We are looking for an exceptional Social Media Manager & Growth Strategist to take ownership of our social media presence and help us build OmniKairos into a recognizable international brand. This is not a simple posting or scheduling role. We are looking for someone who understands how to turn content into attention, community, qualified leads and revenue. What you will own Social media and growth strategy Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn Monthly content strategy and calendar Reels and short-form video concepts Copywriting, storytelling and strong hooks Organic growth and community building UGC strategy and creator/influencer collaborations Trend, competitor and audience research Lead-generation and conversion strategies Performance analysis and continuous optimization Coordination with our existing photographers and videographers Input on paid social when relevant Who we are looking for We want someone who: Has a proven track record of measurable social media growth Thinks strategically, not just operationally Understands premium branding and visual positioning Is highly familiar with short-form content and current social trends Understands consumer psychology, hooks and conversion Can work independently and take ownership Has excellent English communication skills Experience with wellness, fitness, luxury, hospitality, lifestyle or premium consumer brands is a major advantage.
