Social Media Manager Needed for Texas Hair Salon (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & Google)

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager who can help us increase our online presence and turn social media traffic into real customers and bookings. You will work with us for 3 months. Responsibilities Manage and improve our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Business Profile Create a social media strategy focused on attracting local clients Optimize profiles, bios, highlights, and business information Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories Write captions and hashtags that attract potential customers Research trends in the beauty industry and apply them to our content Improve engagement and follower growth Help convert DMs and followers into paying clients Monitor analytics and provide monthly performance reports Suggest promotions, campaigns, and content ideas Improve Google visibility and customer reviews Ideal Candidate Experience managing beauty, salon, fashion, or local service business accounts Understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok growth, and Facebook marketing Experience generating leads/bookings through social media Strong knowledge of Canva or similar design tools Good copywriting skills Able to analyze insights and adjust strategy Preferred to be based in Texas Please Include: Examples of social media accounts you have managed Previous results (growth, engagement, leads, bookings, etc.) Your strategy for getting more clients for a hair/beauty business *Talent's pay is negotiable
