We’re a growing lawyer-led SEO agency in Sydney looking for a long-term Social Media Manager & Short-Form Video Editor to create and manage premium content for a professional law-firm audience. What you’ll do: Edit 45–75 sec Reels/TikToks/Shorts Manage and optimize social media content Match our existing subtitles, typography, hooks, B-roll, pacing, and color grading Create clean, professional, engaging short-form content Follow content briefs and implement feedback Suggest smart improvements to content and social media strategy Content: SEO, marketing, business, educational, and story-driven content for lawyers and law-firm owners. Style: Premium, clean, professional, and intentional — not chaotic or meme-style. Volume & Pay: Around 30 reels/month Around (~USD $20) per finished reel Long-term ongoing work 2–3 paid test reels to start Ideal candidate: Experienced in short-form video editing and social media management Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Excellent eye for design, pacing, B-roll, and typography Reliable, communicative, and deadline-focused Able to replicate an existing style before introducing improvements
