Social Media Manager for ABA Agency

High Five ABA is a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency dedicated to supporting children and families through compassionate, high-quality services. We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to strengthen our online presence, build our brand, and engage with both prospective clients and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other professionals. Responsibilities Manage and grow our LinkedIn and Facebook business pages. Create engaging and professional content aligned with our brand. Develop a monthly content calendar. Design graphics, carousels, and promotional materials. Write compelling captions and relevant hashtags. Schedule and publish posts consistently. Monitor comments and messages and escalate inquiries when needed. Stay current with social media trends and recommend new strategies. Track engagement, follower growth, and other key metrics. Collaborate with our team to promote company updates, job openings, success stories, educational content, and community events. Budget: $250.00 - $300.00 depending on experience
