Social Media Manager for Padel Club

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to help build and grow our Padel club’s online presence ahead of our December 2026 opening. This role will be heavily focused on our pre-launch strategy, helping us create awareness, build a local community, generate excitement, and grow an audience before the club officially opens. Responsibilities include managing content calendars, creating engaging posts, scheduling and publishing across platforms, and improving audience engagement. You’ll also monitor performance, share insights, and support campaigns designed to attract prospective members, generate early interest, and keep our community active throughout the pre-launch period and beyond. We’re looking for someone who can help tell the story of the club from the ground up—from construction and behind-the-scenes updates to membership announcements, events, partnerships, and the countdown to opening. Experience managing social media for sports, fitness, hospitality, lifestyle, or community-focused businesses is a plus.
