Social Media Manager for Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics Practice

We're a creative marketing agency looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager to lead social content for a plastic surgery and aesthetics practice. What you'll do: - Own day-to-day social media management, posting, and content calendar execution for the practice's main pages. - Lead / support content creation - Work directly with the practice's aestheticians, and NPs, giving feedback on their individual social pages and coordinating collaborative post opportunities between their pages and the practice's. - Partner with our Creative Lead on content strategy and campaign concepts, bringing your own instincts for what's resonating with the practice's audience. - Manage approvals workflow with the office manager (content calendar, posting schedule). - Send monthly performance reporting to our account manager. What we're looking for: - Experience managing social media for a med spa, aesthetics, cosmetic, or healthcare practice. Bonus if you've worked with multiple providers/personalities under one practice umbrella. - Comfortable with filming, directing casual b-roll, working with a DJI or similar gear. - Strong relationship-builder. This role involves building trust with practice staff. - Collaborative. You'll work alongside a Creative Lead and account manager rather than owning strategy solo.
