Social Media Manager for Viral Shark Tank Game
Worldwide
We sell a game called Pepper Pong. Website: https://pepperpong.com/ It's like ping pong that can be played on any surface, but with foam balls and foam paddles. The foam slows the ball down, so anyone can play. A kid can beat an adult. Your grandmother can beat you. We went on Shark Tank and got a deal. Here's where we need help We get thousands of videos a month from creators, and we post almost none of them. We have a creator program that makes more content every month than most brands make in a year. Creators film, post, tag us, and sell through TikTok Shop. We use some of it in ads. The rest sits there. Our own channels are quiet. We don't repost. We barely post as a brand. And nothing we do on social connects to anything else we're building. What you'd own All of our brand channels. What goes out, how often, and how we sound. A system for actually getting creator videos published. Finding the good ones, cutting them, and shipping them every week. TikTok Shop. Creators are already selling there and nobody is running it. Social connected to the rest of the business. We're launching an app in the next 30 days where people can play each other, run leagues and keep scoreboards. We have a store and a creator program. Social should tie all three together. Most of our creators are young and TikTok-native. A lot of our customers aren't. Working out how both live on the same channels is part of the job. The numbers you'd own We want someone who thinks about these every day: - How much of our creator content actually gets published - Whether our channels are growing and whether anyone engages - How many people come from social and then buy a set or join the app Who we're looking for A strategist who executes. Both, not one. You can build the plan and then go make the thing. You can cut a video yourself. You can write a hook. You know TikTok because you use it, not because you read about it. You've run social for a real brand and can point to what you did. You'd rather own something than be handed a brief. You don't need to be a ping pong person. We're an extremely lean team and we stay that way on purpose. We've built AI systems for nearly everything we do, and they're actually running the business. We'll teach you and give you the tools. In return we expect you to use them. If you're skeptical about AI, this will be a bad fit. Core 5 Autonomy - You own your area outright. Nobody hands you a brief, counts your hours, or asks you to justify a call that's yours to make. You'll have the tools and the room to move without waiting on anyone. If you need permission to do your job, we hired wrong. Intensity - We communicate constantly and we don't do formal meetings. We move fast and we break things. There are no politics here, because the team is too small and too transparent for them to survive. The motto: if you see it, you say it, and you own it. If you own it, you do it. Growth - We'll back your growth in four ways: your mindset, your network, the case studies you walk away with, and the confidence that comes from growing a business yourself. The people you'd work with have scaled companies past hundreds of millions of dollars. This one is nearly an eight-figure business, and the goal is nine figures within three years. We want someone who wants to be on that ride. Environment - We hire carefully and we won't bring in someone who makes the team worse, so you'll be surrounded by people who are the best at their jobs. You can work where you want, on your own schedule, with a team that trusts you to get on with it. You'll be working on a game people actually love, which is rarer than it sounds and makes every part of this job easier. Money - We pay well and we're straight about it. If you make the business more money, you make more money. This role is $2,000 per month, part-time, ongoing. Not a one-off project. How to apply Don't write a cover letter. We won't read it. Send us a Loom video, 5 minutes or less, answering one question: How would you grow our accounts and create engagement? Everyone who sends a Loom gets a reply.
