Social Media Manager for Web Agency (Hospitality Niche) — Ongoing Monthly Retainer

Webee is a web design agency based in Mykonos, Greece, with 500+ projects delivered — mostly hotels, restaurants, and tourism businesses. We’re looking for a reliable social media manager to run our own channels (Instagram + LinkedIn) on an ongoing basis. What you’ll do: • Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar (1-2 posts/week) • Write captions in our brand voice (we’ll provide a brand guide + examples) • Create/adapt visuals using our templates and project screenshots (Canva) • Showcase our portfolio: new website launches, client work, behind-the-scenes • Schedule posts and provide a simple monthly performance summary What we provide: • Brand voice guide, logo kit, and Canva templates • A steady stream of new projects to feature • One review/approval round per batch — you won’t be blocked waiting on us You’re a fit if you: • Have managed social for agencies, SaaS, or hospitality brands (show examples!) • Write clean, natural English (Greek is a bonus, not required) • Work independently with a monthly batch workflow • Know Instagram + LinkedIn formats well (carousels, reels a plus) To apply: Share 2–3 accounts you’ve managed and one caption you’d write to showcase a new hotel website launch.
