Instagram Social Media Manager & Content Creator — Fashion Brand - 10H Per Week We are Sage Collective, an Australian women's fashion brand, and we're looking for a creative, fashion-focused Instagram Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help manage and grow our Instagram presence. We already have an established brand, website, customer base and Instagram account. We're looking for someone who can make content and turn it into a strong, cohesive and engaging Instagram presence. What we're looking for We need someone who has a great eye for fashion and visual content — not simply someone who schedules posts. You’ll be responsible for creating the voice and vibe of our socials, shaping how our audience sees and connects with us. This role is perfect for someone creative, proactive, and excited to grow alongside a brand from the early stages. What you’ll be doing: -Developing and executing social media planning and strategy -Creating engaging, on-brand content (posts, captions, stories, reels, etc.) -Assisting with photo shoots and content capture -Posting and scheduling content across platforms -Managing our community by engaging with followers, comments, and messages -Monitoring trends and adapting content accordingly -Analytics and reporting to track performance and growth -(Bonus) Supporting or collaborating on Google and Meta ads What we’re looking for: -Proven experience across the areas listed above -A strong creative eye and understanding of social trends -Confidence in creating content that feels authentic and engaging -Someone organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently -A genuine interest in growing a brand long-term The role: 10 hours per week Flexible in terms of how you’d like to structure the role and responsibilities.
