Social Media Manager

Social Media Manager — Full-Time Remote We’re a growing digital marketing agency specializing in ophthalmology and eye care, looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to manage organic social media for multiple client accounts. We need someone who is creative, organized, reliable, and able to take ownership of the organic social media process from planning through publishing and reporting. Responsibilities: -Create monthly content calendars and develop engaging content ideas -Write captions and copy that match each client's brand voice -Organize content for client approval and manage revisions -Review content to ensure quality and brand consistency -Schedule and publish content across social platforms -Monitor and respond to comments -Create monthly performance reports and recommend improvements What We're Looking For: -Proven experience managing organic social media -Experience managing multiple accounts/clients -Strong English writing and communication skills -Excellent organization and time management -Strong understanding of engaging social media content -Experience working with or directing designers/video editors -Proficiency in Canva; Adobe experience is a plus -Agency or healthcare marketing experience is a plus -Must be available to work Monday–Friday with U.S. Pacific Time overlap When applying, please share examples of social media accounts/content you've managed, your relevant experience, availability, and expected monthly rate.
