Social Media Marketing Manager / Consultant — Live Events I'm launching a live breathwork events company with our first event slated for late October and several more throughout the fall and winter. I'm looking for an experienced **organic social media marketer** to join an existing creative and marketing team. ## The Role I am a published author, speaker and trainer. I create the original ideas, messaging and creative direction. I already have professional graphic design, video editing, paid Meta advertising, marketing automation, and a substantial library of finished social content. **I don't need another content creator.** Think **social media consultant + organic channel manager.** We'll meet weekly to review the campaign, upcoming content, new Reels, analytics and opportunities. I want you to challenge and refine the plan using your social marketing expertise: * What's working—and what isn't? * What should we sequence or repurpose differently? * Where are we missing opportunities? * How do we move from awareness toward invitation? Then help execute what we decide: manage the calendar, publish content, keep Stories active, engage the audience, support local outreach and track results. ## You Should Be * **Extremely comfortable communicating in English** * Personally familiar with **personal development, yoga, meditation, breathwork, coaching, mindfulness or spirituality** * Experienced with organic **Instagram and Facebook marketing** * Analytical, curious, energetic and responsive * Comfortable working with strong founder-led creative direction * Able to make basic Canva/Adobe modifications when needed Initial assignment: approximately **5–10 hours per week**, with significant opportunity for ongoing work.
