Social Media Partnership Manager (Sales Focused)

We're looking for a results-driven Social Media Partnership Manager to identify and build relationships with influencers, creators, affiliates, and strategic brand partners who can create content, drive qualified leads and revenue. Responsibilities Source and outreach to influencers, creators, affiliates, and brand partners. Develop and manage partnership campaigns across social media platforms. Negotiate collaboration terms and maintain partner relationships. Track campaign performance, ROI, leads, and conversions. Identify new growth opportunities and partnership strategies. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Affiliate Marketing, or Growth Marketing. Proven track record of generating social media partnerships. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance.
