Social Media Photo editor
Worldwide
About Savvas Studio Savvas Studio is a marketing, social, and video agency working across hospitality, entertainment, professional services, and product-based clients. Our photography feeds both social media and web, so every edit needs to be platform-ready, on-brand, and consistent shoot-to-shoot. Role Overview We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Photo Editor to take raw client shoots and turn them into polished, delivery-ready image sets. Volume runs roughly **10–30 edited photos per client per month** across a mix of industries. This is a core, repeatable production role — speed, consistency, and a good eye matter more than heavy retouching wizardry. What You'll Do - **Select & cull** the strongest frames from each shoot, removing duplicates, misfires, and weak options. - **Color correct** for accurate exposure, white balance, and consistent tones across a set. - **Apply looks / grading** that match each client's brand style and the mood of the shoot. - **Crop and resize** for the correct output — both **social media dimensions** (feed, story/reel, portrait, square) and **web dimensions**. - **Retouch when scoped** — occasional clean-ups, blemish/object removal, and minor corrections (not on every job). - **Maintain consistency** across a client's images so a delivered set looks cohesive. - **Deliver on time** in the correct formats, sizes, and file specs, ready for hand-off. Industries You'll Edit For Hospitality | Food & beverage, venue/interiors, ambience, staff/service | Entertainment | Events, performances, crowd, atmosphere, low-light | Professional services | Corporate headshots, team, office/workspace, branded lifestyle | Products | Studio product shots, flat-lays, e-commerce, detail/hero images | What You'll Need - Proven competence in **Adobe Lightroom** (culling, color, batch editing, presets). - Proven competence in **Adobe Photoshop** (retouching, compositing basics, precise edits). - Strong understanding of **social media dimensions** (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn — feed, story, reel, portrait, square) **and web dimensions**. - A sharp eye for color, composition, and consistency. - Ability to work efficiently at volume and hit deadlines reliably. - Comfortable following brand guidelines and a defined delivery workflow. Nice to Have - Experience editing across multiple industries, especially food/hospitality and product photography. - Familiarity with file management, naming conventions, and cloud delivery workflows. - Basic understanding of export settings for web performance (compression, sRGB, resolution). How We'll Measure Success - Delivered sets are consistent, on-brand, and correctly sized for each platform. - Turnaround times are met without compromising quality. - Minimal revision rounds — edits land right the first time. - Reliable, low-touch collaboration within our production workflow.
