Social Media Posting Assistant — Multi-Platform (Full-Time, Long-Term)

Overview: We produce a lot of long-form videos and live streams, and we need someone whose entire job is turning it into short clips with AI tools and posting them across all our social accounts every day. You do NOT need to be a video editor — our AI tools do the cutting. We need a reliable, organized person who can run the tools, follow our system, and keep a high volume of posts going out consistently across many accounts. What you'll do: Take our long-form videos and run them through AI clipping tools to auto-generate short vertical clips Post those clips across all platforms: Facebook, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, and others Manage 10–15 accounts, posting 5–10 posts per account per day (varies by account) Follow our posting schedule and captions/hooks system Keep everything organized — track what was posted where, on time Flag anything that looks off (account issues, low performance) You should be: Extremely organized, consistent, and detail-oriented — this is a high-volume daily posting job Comfortable learning and running AI tools and posting apps Experienced posting to social media (TikTok / Reels / Shorts / Facebook / Snapchat) Able to manage many accounts without mixing things up Details: Full-time, long-term You must bid for a MONTHLY Fee for a FULL Time job.
